Alison Garen is a Northern Virginia based cooking instructor, personal chef and boutique caterer.Chef Alison provides in-home meal preparation services according to your family's unique dietary preferences and needs. Several days in advance, Alison will send you six selections tailored to you. From there, you choose three well-balanced meals before the cook date. Finally, she grocery shops and arrives with all her supplies and ingredients to cook in your house. Easy! She prepares your food in your kitchen, and cleans up. It's like she was never there, except you have a fridge full of food. Your house will also smell wonderful! Each dish is prepared to 4-6 servings.
