With a *chef’s kiss* of honey, they’re somewhere between a classic NY-style bagel and the sweeter, Montreal-style bagels from our friends up North. Andrew is Jewish; the nostalgia of family traditions and the eclectic food from their childhoods were the genesis of our menu. Dani has worked in some of the finest restaurants in the US and grew up throwing down campside meals with her family in her home country of Argentina. They take the familiar flavors of deli classics and Chef Dani cranks them up with a playful, uniquely-CYM twist. Almost everything is made in-house; and if not, they source them from some super awesome partners. Located right on Maple Avenue!
