🚲 Guests have complimentary access to 6 bikes, 2 kayaks, and a stand-up paddleboard during their stay. A tire pump is provided, and bike seats have an adjustable mechanism for height.

📌 To receive the golf cart keys, prior to arrival all drivers must: Submit a valid driver’s license, Provide proof of auto insurance, Sign our liability agreement, must be over 25 years of age.
📌 Restricted Areas: Please do not enter the two small hall closets, as they are reserved for the owner.
📌 Attic access is not permitted.
📌 Use of all amenities, including golf cart, hot tub, bicycles and beach supplies are at your own risk; we assume no liability.
📌 Guests are responsible for returning all equipment to its original location in the same condition.
📌 If any damage occurs, notify owner immediately so we can assess and arrange for repairs. Any damage caused during your stay will be your responsibility.
📌 We do not provide on-site assistance for adjusting bike seats or inflating tires.
