Yoga:
Body Grace teaches an alignment-based vinyasa (flow) and Hatha style of yoga. These classes move methodically from pose to pose, linking breath and movement with an emphasis on alignment, longer holds, and strengthening the core and pelvic floor muscles. Classes encourage students to move with intention not momentum, deeply, and mindfully, creating a greater depth and awareness in their bodies and in their yoga practice
